Synephrine is an alkaloid found naturally in the fruit of bitter orange (Citrus aurantium), a citrus species grown mainly around the Mediterranean and in Asia. This product uses it as a salt, hydrochloride, which allows the portion to be measured precisely.

The 10 mg portion is low compared to many pre-workout products on the market, which often combine synephrine with high doses of caffeine. Here, the tablet contains synephrine and a filler only - so you know exactly how much you're taking, and you decide what else goes into your daily routine.

Suggested use

1 tablet a day. On training days, take before exercise; on non-training days, take before your main meal. Do not take in the evening or before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in persons under 18 years of age. Do not use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, heart rhythm disorders, hyperthyroidism, or glaucoma. Do not combine with caffeine - whether from supplements or from large amounts of coffee and energy drinks. Do not use together with MAO inhibitors, psychotropic medication, blood pressure medication or heart medication. If you are on any ongoing medication, consult your doctor before using this supplement. Competitive athletes should check the current status of synephrine on the list of monitored substances. Discontinue use before any planned surgery.

Storage

Store in a dry place, at 0-25 degrees Celsius, away from excessive heat and out of reach of young children. Do not use if the seal under the cap is damaged or missing. The expiry date also serves as the batch number and is printed on the label.
