Vitaler's Kelp 20 mg - 180 Tablets

Vitaler's Kelp are tablets with Japanese kelp extract, a brown seaweed and a natural source of iodine. Each tablet provides 20 mg of extract, including 200 µg of iodine. Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to normal thyroid function. One tablet a day, suitable for vegans.

About the product

Japanese kelp (Saccharina japonica, formerly Laminaria japonica) is a brown seaweed that forms underwater meadows off the coasts of Japan, Korea and China. Its long, ribbon-like fronds have been eaten there for centuries - in Japan it is kombu, the base of dashi broth. Kelp is the English name for large brown seaweeds, which, like all marine algae, accumulate iodine from seawater.
