Trec Creatine CM3 is a tricreatine citrate powder with a pink grapefruit flavour, made for physically active people. One serving provides 3000 mg of creatine (from 4478 mg of tricreatine citrate). Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Tricreatine citrate dissolves well in water.

Ingredients

Tricreatine citrate (93%), flavouring, sweetener: sucralose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, beetroot juice concentrate powder.

The product contains a sweetener. It may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Directions for use

Mix one serving (4.8 g, or ¾ scoop) with 350 ml of water in a shaker. Take one serving per day.

On training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before training or 1 serving right after training.

On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving before sleep.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under 18 years of age.
