Water, maltodextrin (33%), flavouring, gelling agents (gellan gum, xanthan gum), flavourings, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), sweetener (acesulfame K), sodium chloride, antioxidant.

Directions for use

Take up to 3 sachets per hour, ideally during training or competition, for a quick source of energy and isotonic ingredients. The gel does not need to be taken with water, though staying properly hydrated remains important. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage

Store in a dry place, at a temperature up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
