How to use:

Apply toothpaste to the moistened tip. Put the brush head in your mouth and only then turn on the device. Move the brush slowly from tooth to tooth, holding it for a few seconds on each one. Brush the outer surfaces first, then the inner surfaces, and finally the chewing surfaces. The timer will automatically signal a change of zone every 30 seconds. After completing the 2-minute cycle, rinse the brush head under running water. Replace the brush head every 3 months or when the indicator bristles change colour.
