Psyllium – ground seeds (Plantago psyllium), psyllium – ground seeds and husks (Plantago ovata), pau d'arco – ground bark (Tabebuia impetiginosa), milk thistle – ground seeds (Silybum marianum), cayenne pepper (Capsicum annuum), inulin.

Suggested use:

Pour a glass of boiled, lukewarm water over 1 heaped teaspoon of the mixture and stir thoroughly. Leave for 3-4 minutes, then stir again and drink the entire contents.
Use twice a day: e.g. two hours after breakfast and two hours after lunch/dinner.
Consuming the mixture first thing in the morning may cause a feeling of fullness during the day.
