Suggested use:

Shake well before use. Take once daily, directly by mouth.

Infants (6-12 months): up to 4 sprays (0.5 ml) (vitamin D3: 10 mcg; vitamin K2 MK7: 40 mcg).

Children (1–13 years): up to 6 sprays (0.8 ml) (vitamin D3: 15 mcg; vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg).

Adults (over 14 years): up to 8 sprays (1 ml) (vitamin D3: 20 mcg; vitamin K2 MK7: 80 mcg).

Pregnant/breastfeeding women: up to 6 sprays (0.8 ml) (vitamin D3: 15 mcg; vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg).
