La'dor Our Leaf Perfumed Hair Oil is a finishing oil with a dropper, part of a series of three perfumed oils from La'dor made for color-treated hair and hair that has gone through other chemical treatments.

All three oils in the series share a silicone-oil base that smooths the hair surface as soon as it's applied, plus a protein complex of keratin, elastin and gelatin enriched with a rice ferment. What sets them apart is the hair type they're built for and their scent.

What really sets this variant apart is the length of its plant-derived ingredient list - close to forty entries versus around twenty in the other two. Alongside argan, jojoba, sunflower and soybean oils, it includes extracts of Ocimum sanctum (holy basil), Curcuma longa (turmeric), aloe and neem. The scent is green and clean - forest and cotton, without any sweetness.

Hinoki is the lightest of the three and suits normal to fine hair. Osmanthus is meant to define curls and work on hair damaged by chemical treatments. Our Leaf is built for color-treated hair and carries the most extensive plant-derived ingredient list of the three.

Precautions

This is the most heavily scented variant in the series - the formula contains nine fragrance allergens, including alpha-isomethyl ionone, benzyl salicylate, coumarin, geraniol, limonene and linalool. If you're sensitive to fragrance ingredients, the Hinoki variant is a better fit.
