Good Noot Pistachio is a pistachio cream made from scratch: the pistachios are roasted, ground and jarred by hand at the Good Noot workshop. The result is a creamy, easy-to-spread paste with an intense roasted nut flavour, which naturally breaks into pieces when a spoon is removed — and just as naturally returns to a smooth consistency when stirred. The formula contains 45% pistachios, supplemented with shea butter for creaminess, sunflower oil and a pinch of Himalayan salt to bring out the depth of flavour. No palm oil, no artificial colours, no preservatives.

The spread is versatile: as a classic spread for bread, a filling for pancakes and croissants, an ingredient in cake fillings and ice cream, a base for salad dressings, or simply — eaten by the spoonful straight from the jar. Vegan and gluten-free.
