Dr Enzmann MSE divalent zinc - 120 Tablets

Mito-Pharma Zinc II MSE is a tablet supplement where zinc is organically bound within the biomass of the microalga Spirulina platensis, rather than added as a mineral salt. Each tablet provides 500 mg of spirulina and 1.25 mg of zinc, so you can adjust your daily serving anywhere from 2 to 6 tablets. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports the normal condition of skin, hair and nails.

Zinc II MSE is the third Mito-Pharma product built on the same principle as Selenium MSE and Manganese II MSE: the mineral comes from Spirulina platensis grown to accumulate it within its biomass. Each tablet is compressed algae - 500 mg of spirulina with 1.25 mg of organically bound zinc, with no fillers.

The low content per tablet is an advantage here, not a drawback: you choose your own serving, from 2 tablets (25% of the daily requirement) to 6 tablets (75%). Suggested use

Take 2 to 6 tablets daily, depending on your needs. Best taken before or with a meal, with a sufficient amount of water.
