Dr. Ceuracle draws on an ingredient Korean women have used in daily skincare for generations - rice water. Vegan Niacin Rice Ampoule is a light, milky ampoule built around rice (Oryza sativa) extract, rich in vitamins, amino acids and minerals that deeply hydrate the skin.

Brightening comes from niacinamide at a 2% concentration. This form of vitamin B3 works on discoloration left by UV exposure and blemishes, strengthens the skin barrier, boosts ceramide synthesis and helps regulate sebum. The formula is rounded out with Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate, a gentle retinol derivative.
