Directions for use:

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in approximately 500 ml of water (carbonated or still).

Note: Bolero Energy foams up during mixing, so it is recommended to use a container with a capacity greater than 0.5 litres.

The product contains caffeine (32 mg/100 ml) and is therefore not recommended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women and people with hypersensitivity to caffeine. It is recommended not to exceed a daily dose of 1-2 sachets. People with heart disease, high blood pressure or other health problems should consult a doctor before consumption.
