Usage of 7PEPAS:

Adults - mix the contents of the entire sachet in 200ml of lukewarm water and drink on an empty stomach.

On the day the supplement is consumed, it is best to refrain from taking hard to digest foods. It is recommended not to take cold (straight from the fridge) liquids. In case of thirst, it is best to drink warm, boiled water.
