The formula provides carbohydrates (glucose), electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chlorides, magnesium, calcium) and a full range of B vitamins.

Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions help maintain endurance during prolonged endurance exercises and increase water absorption during physical exertion.
